60 Year Anniversary

At the inaugural 24 Hours at Daytona, driver Ken Miles piloted the freshly reworked 1966 Ford GT40 MKII to the Winner's Circle. This win would then springboard Miles into the history books as he eventually found himself part of the historic 1966 Le Mans which saw Ford taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The first time an American Manufacturer had ever won at Le Mans.
